Terms and Conditions for The Activity App
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Antarac mobile application ("App") provided by ANTARAC SOCIAL PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By downloading, installing, or using the Antarac App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. License to Use:
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts:
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content:
By using the App, you may submit content. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the App.
5. Data Protection and Privacy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
Your use of the App constitutes your consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct:
You agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations, use the App for unauthorized purposes, interfere with the operation of the App, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
7. Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall ANTARAC SOCIAL PRIVATE LIMITED or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the last update will be indicated at the last of this document.
11. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
